GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE CLASSES – I TO IV
The re-opening day of online classes (1 to 4) is 1ST June 2020
- Students can access online classes from our website
- The web site address is goodshepherdcmischool.in
- The login ID and password to access online classes will be sent via SMS to each student.
- The students can see Class Teacher’s intro video on the first day( June 1st)
- From June 2nd, students can access videos of 5 subjects everyday from 7.30 am. The 5 subjects are English, Malayalam, Hindi Maths and EVS.
- Students should watch all the videos and understand the lessons each day.
- The homework for each day will be sent through WhatsApp in the morning itself.
- A link for registering attendance will be sent to whatApp group each day at 8 pm from June 2nd. It has to be filled without fail
- Weekly tests will be conducted through a link which will be sent to the whatsApp group every Saturday.
- Further doubts can be clarified through Class WhatsApp Group. Personal messages and calls to teachers cannot be encouraged.
GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE CLASSES – V TO IX
The re-opening day of live online classes (5 to 9) is 1ST June 2020
- There will be 3 online sessions in the morning and 1 session in the evening
- Time table will be sent through the WhatsApp group on 1ST
- Students will have to login to the classes strictly at the time allotted for each class.
- Teachers will take the attendance before the end of each session.
- The homework should be done daily as instructed by teachers.
- Discipline is to be strictly maintained while attendin the sessions.
- Students should wear uniform and sit for the morning session.
- Timing:
1st Period
Login time – 7.10 am to 7.15 am
Class time – 7.15 am to 7.45 am
2nd Period
Login time – 7.45 am to 7.50 am
Class time – 7.50 am to 8.20 am
3rd Period
Login time – 8.20 am to 8.25 am
Class time – 8.25 am to 9.00 am
4th Period
Login time – 6.25 pm to 6.30 pm
Class time – 6.30 pm to 7.00 pm
